From last 3-4 years I was suffering from chronic pain in my legs attributing to multiple factors essentially long working hours, sedentary lifestyle, stress and multiple injury on the knee. The swelling and excruciating pain in legs was taking a toll on my overall well being. Thereby affecting the quality of life and causing sleeping disorder, headaches and restricted mobility. In these past years, I consulted the known orthopaedic and physio therapists but none were able to provide *** ******* diagnosis to treat the root cause. Looking at my deteriorating medical condition my husband find out about Dr Isha from the raving reviews online. I went to Dr Isha with high hope of being diagnosed accurately and seeking right treatment. To my contentment the first consultation was very productive and I could immediately get the sense and feeling of being in the right hands. Dr Isha was so accurate in her examination that she nailed the root cause which was a mix of inter-related medical issues stemming from stress, bad posture, low phyiscal activity and neurological issues. It’s been a month since I started off with the treatment and half way through the treatment I started to feel much better with a visible difference observed by my family and friends. The holistic approach of the treatment and counseling truly helped me recover at a fast pace. The clinic’s ambience and aura is very serene and radiates positive energy and vibe. Dr Isha is “truly gifted”...her care, compassion and competency is well appreciated. I wish I had found her years back...

I suffer from acute chronic back pain (disk bulge L3-L4,L4-L5, L5-S1 pretty much my entire lower back) and muscle stiffness. I've visited multiple physiotherapy therapy centers but with no effect.

Meeting with Dr Isha, I was not very confident my problems would be solved, but I was so very wrong. I've now taken around 17 sessions with her and her exceptional team and each day I wake up fresh and with less pain and more relaxed muscles.

The best part of the treatment is that the team employs the human touch and they do not rely on physiotherapy machines. They will employ a wide range of treatments from foam rolling to dry needling to cupping the affected areas. Along with bone alignment (chiropractic care).

My only regret is... I wish I had found out about this centre maybe two years back. So I do strongly recommend, do not wait if you have the same issues as me visit her right away.

When i first went to Dr Isha, I was in extreme pain - I was in a mild state of being considered handicapped as i was unable to do simple everyday regular movements, such as turn my head, drive, wear clothes, bend down, type on mobile/laptop etc without being in agonizing pain and assistance from my family.

Dr Isha explained the problem and with her highly qualified team who were extremely professional and courteous, we embarked on my healing journey, which consisted of different treatments. Within the first couple of days, i could notice that the pain was slowly reducing and within a week i was able to feel the difference and that pain was much less.

After 2 weeks i could barely feel the pain, but as rightly advised by the Doctors there, - that the body takes time to heal and even though i had negligible pain, I still needed to take proper precautions to ensure that i recovered fully.

I strongly recommend Dr Isha and her team as they know what they are doing. They took their time in explaining all the procedures and treatments and made sure i was comfortable at every step of the way.

Well explained and treated. Miracles do happen and were done to not only my shoulder but also to my back and and legs. My view is that the visiting patients needs to follow full instructions which will enable them to remove the pain or any disease fore ever.

Good healthy atmosphere, smiling doctors, helpful and down to earth. You can expect wonders here as they work on the full body and not only on one part as I mentioned above.

The clinic here is advised to expand and employ more doctors to serve us better.

I would like to say here that this is my own clinic and can visit whenever required without thinking twice.

I am a 35 year old working women. My life came to a halt when one Monday morning while getting ready for work I bend forward to adjust my sandals. There was a jerk in lower back and next moment I couldn't move at all. On my own I couldn't even lie down. I was taken to orthopedic n was advised 7 days of strict bed rest, daily physiotherapy and sleep inducing medications.

Luckily I got reference of Dr Isha Sehdev that evening from a colleague. It was late evening but hearing my condition Dr Isha gave me the appointment. I walked to her limping n in pain. She examined me patiently and explained the cause of my pain. She advised me not to take any medication there after and assured I will be fine in 4 sessions of manual therapy. First one she did herself, no electronic equipment were used. And in 45 minutes or so she asked me walk again and I was walking straight....she has a healer's hand. Her entire team of doctors are committed to serve the patients to the best of their efforts. Within 5 days my confidence was back I resumed my work and my posture improved a lot.

I've had back problems for at least 5-6 years, mainly because of posture related issues, long working hours, etc.

While suffering through it, I had started normalising the pain, resorting to topical measures like ointments, pain killers, and got dependent on massages (every week!). It got so bad that had started to affect my quality of life. I was not getting good sleep, had trouble performing everyday tasks, was feeling fatigued and irritated.

When my body finally increased its volume of protests, I found Dr. Isha through Practo, and rushed to her the same day with severe neck pain. While my neck problem was sorted in two sessions, Dr. Isha with a quick examination was able to spell out the host of my issues.

My treatment involved a variety of treatment methods, spaced over 30 odd sessions. I can very confidently say that Dr. Isha and her very competent team have successfully rescued me from my suffering. My back feels almost normal now, and I am more educated about taking care of it further on.

So much so that I no longer feel the need for my weekly massages, and am getting sound sleep too!

I have an amazing experience after starting my therapy by Dr. Isha, I am a patient of Ankylosis Spondylitis for past 25 years and was going through therapy year ago in other city but due to my work pressure I couldn’t continue it for last one year as I have to go to another city to take the treatment. Then I came to know about Dr. Isha and after starting the therapy by her I am experiencing LOT of improvements in my condition. She is one of the Best I have come across. She is very professional and friendly and listen to your problem very patiently. She explained me in very detail about my current condition after reviewing my X-Ray’s and the course of therapy procedures which she is going to apply etc. After going through few sessions of the therapy, I am feeling very better and my condition is improving day by day after taking the treatment from her. She has an excellent team, and all are VERY friendly and take good care of the patients as per their medical condition.

Dr. Isha is a magician. Her diagnostic skills are sound and she correctly diagnoses connections between your spine and everything else that is affected by it. She is an expert at managing pain without medication- she has saved me ans many other patients from pain meds and sometimes even unnecessary surgery!

She is friendly, competent and highly professional. She not only prescribed the right course of treatment, but also encourages you in a way tht lifts your spirits.

I sprained my back and looked for chiropractors in Gurgaon online when I found Dr Isha's direct number. She entertained us immediately and asked us to come over directly. She saw my condition and made some adjustments to my spine after which I was able to walk a lot better. She did a full back check up and suggested a few sessions to correct my back without being too pushy. After my 2nd session, I feel much better now.
